1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Digital Subscriptions: Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment partner) within 14 days of purchase for:
    • Unauthorized/unexpected charges.
    • Service failure (e.g., prolonged downtime exceeding 24 hours).
  • Non-Refundable:
    • Partial usage of subscription periods (e.g., 10 days used in a monthly plan).
    • Violations of our Terms (e.g., spam, abuse).

2. How to Request a Refund

    • Transaction ID (from Paddle’s receipt).
    • Reason for refund.
  2. Paddle will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime via your ClikX dashboard.
  • No prorated refunds: Active subscriptions remain valid until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Chargebacks

  • Disputes must first be reported to [email protected].
  • Unresolved issues may result in account suspension.
